Akeso completes the acquisition of Immediate Medical Center, adding four Los Angeles based clinics to its rapidly growing occupational health network and expanding to a total of 20 clinics state-wide

(Irvine, California – January 12, 2023) – Akeso Occupational Health announced today the
acquisition of Immediate Medical Center, a premier occupational health provider with four
southern California clinics located in Commerce, Lakewood, La Mirada, and Paramount. With
this acquisition Akeso achieves an important milestone of growing to a total of 20 clinics
throughout California.
