Akeso Occupational Health has acquiredf Industrial Medical Group (IMG) located in Santa Maria, CA. IMG is synonymous with top quality occupational health care for its agriculture, industrial and aerospace clients. This transaction is part of Akeso’s vision to build a highly scaled independent occupational health care platform and marks the fifth major acquisition for the company in the last twelve months.

Akeso Medical Holdings, a leader in occupational medicine practice management, today announced it has completed its acquisition of South Coast Medical Clinic, located in the heart of San Diego.  With the acquisition, Akeso will be able to expand the footprint into San Diego county.

Akeso continues to expand its service area, furthering the mission of bringing better medical care to workers’ compensation patients with a streamlined administration and lower costs for payors.

Akeso Medical Holdings today announced it has completed its acquisition of Wine Country Occupational Medicine of Napa Valley, as they continue to expand their group of occupational medical clinics, with this clinic being first in the Northern California market.
