Getting employees back to work when it's time

Return-to-work examinations by our occupational health specialists measure the status of an employees recovery after a work injury and informs both the employee and employer know when it is safe for them to go back to work.

These examinations help establish safe working limits for an employee and let employers know how to modify a job post-injury or create a better workplace environment. Physicians also look for any problems that may prevent an employee from  fully recovering.

After testing, and when an employee is not ready, this exam helps determine when the right time will occur. This helps reduce the risk of emplyees getting injured again.
